We provide consultations and style services, not physical goods for delivery. Return shipping does not apply. If in the future we supply goods and you are entitled to a return under the ACL or this policy, any cost of return shipping will be stated at the time of purchase or in the relevant offer.

Under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), you may have statutory consumer guarantees in relation to our services. These guarantees cannot be excluded. If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, re-supply, or compensation. To request a cancellation or refund, contact us by email or phone and provide your name, booking reference, and reason. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
