Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Backprforce, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable Australian law.

Services Provided

Backprforce provides personalized style selection services, including but not limited to wardrobe analysis, color analysis, body shape styling, and personal consultations. All services are provided in good faith and based on professional expertise.

Booking and Payments

When you book a consultation or service with us:

  • Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking
  • Prices are as listed on our website and may be subject to change
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee
  • No-shows will be charged the full service fee
  • You may reschedule your appointment once at no charge with 24 hours notice

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your style preferences and needs
  • Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
  • Treat our staff and premises with respect
  • Follow any preparation instructions provided before your consultation

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

  • Infringe any applicable law or the rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users' data, or third-party services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached this section.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide expert guidance, style preferences are subjective. Backprforce shall not be held liable for any dissatisfaction with personal style choices made following our consultations. Our recommendations are advisory in nature.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any guarantees, warranties, or rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), including in relation to consumer guarantees. Where the ACL applies, we will honour your statutory rights.

Intellectual Property

All content on backprforce.world, including text, images, graphics, and style guides, is the property of Backprforce and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or our services is subject to the non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Australian legislation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
